Carol Dillon Horvath

Carol Dillon Horvath joined the Law Offices in 1994, having previously practiced law as a sole practitioner.  Ms. Horvath earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  She was admitted to the practice of law on November 6, 1981.

Ms. Horvath has been a practicing attorney for over 24 years in the State of Ohio.  She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Ms. Horvath practices in the areas of Civil Law including Real Estate law, Family law, Personal and Bodily Injury law, and Probate law.  Ms. Horvath has been a certified family law mediator since 1992.  Ms. Horvath also represents consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
